Questions

How is this different from Jobber?+

Jobber gives you scheduling + invoicing. We give you that plus rule-based automation (a separate $97-$147/mo product called DripJobs in the Jobber world) bundled into one price. You also keep the website + lead capture form on the same platform — no Wix or Squarespace stack to maintain.

What happens after the 3-month free trial?+

We capture your card at signup and Stripe automatically charges your chosen plan rate at the end of the trial. Cancel any time before then in your subscription settings — you won't be charged. After your first paid month, the same thing happens monthly (or yearly if you picked annual billing).

Can I import my customers from Jobber?+

Yes. Export the Clients CSV from Jobber, upload it via Admin → Import. We map names, emails, phones, addresses, and tags. Invoice + job history import is on the roadmap for the early customers we've already onboarded.

What if I outgrow my plan?+

Switch tiers any time from the customer portal. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.

What is the 0.5% surcharge?+

Stripe charges ~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction for card processing. We add 0.5% on top — that's how the SaaS gets paid for processing your customer payments. So a $100 invoice nets you about $96.30 instead of $96.80 with a bare Jobber + Stripe setup. We think being upfront about it beats hiding it in the base price.

Do you take a cut of my Stripe payouts?+

No. Money lands in YOUR Stripe account (we use Stripe Connect Standard). We collect the 0.5% as a Stripe application_fee on each transaction. Your payout schedule, bank account, and tax docs are all yours.
